Ballet Sculpt
Ballet Sculpt is a class devised by Kevin which integrates exercises used by dancers when they are injured as well as some Ballet movements.This class will help you elongate, reshape and strengthen your body. It is excellent for posture, co-ordination and balance.
This class is for everyone and no previous dance knowledge is necessary.
Adult Ballet
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer we have a ballet class that suits you.

All our teachers are classically trained, with Kevin Thatcher being the principal teacher.
Kevin trained at the Royal Ballet and Elmhurst Ballet Schools. After a career that lasted 12 years, he now enjoys teaching ballet classes to adults. Why not re-live your younger days whilst toning your body into that of a dancer?

Pilates
Pilates is an exercise technique designed to strengthen your core (internal back and stomach muscles). It consists of a series of mat-based movements and is suitable for everyone.

Pilates complements any exercise regime and has been used by dancers, athletes and celebrities for years. This class will not only help you to improve your back pain, posture, balance and co-ordination cposture, balance, co-ordination, BUT will also will help you flatten and tone those stomach muscles!
We have many different classes including Pre/post natal and Men only classes .

Pilates for Mums
This class is the one for you to re-enage your Core and tummy muscles after given birth. Bring your baby with you and meet other new mums whilst exercising.

Before you know it your you will start to feel your Abs and body change shape and feel great again.
This class is 45 mins, and babies come free
Please note that you will need the all clear from you midwife before starting ( 6 weeks for a natural birth and 12 for a C-section )

Pole Fit
A whole body workout that will define and sculpt the arms, abs, thighs and gluteal muscles. Set to inspiring music that will release your inner Dita Von Teese spin your way to a toned body whilst learning a new sexy skill!
Pole dancing also makes a great party - so whether it be your 21st, 50th or Christmas-do - this could put a whole different spin on your event!
What is Yoga?
Yoga is an age-old science from India which has been passed on from generation to generation. In the West, we tend to focus on Yoga postures and breathing techniques helping to connect body and mind.
Through the practice of yoga, we gain increased all-round health, flexibility, strength and balance.
