Here I will give a series of tips which you can try at home.
Abs
I am going to give you two exercises; I am sure you all know the traditional AB CURL. So lying on your back keeping the elbows out to the side, contract your abs and raise the head and shoulders off the ground. Stay for a second and come back down. Repeat 10 times. Do 3 sets of 10. See picture one:

Exercise 2 is the SIDE PLANK for the obliques.
Lying on your side making sure your body is in a straight line, push up onto your elbow, keeping your feet on the floor, remember to keep the body in a straight line and stay in this position for a long as you can. Then repeat on the other side. See picture two:
If you find this too difficult, then place the knees on the ground as in picture three. When you have mastered this version then you can progress on to the full side plank as in picture two.
