Carolyn is the owner of PUSH Studios, along with Trish Needham. She studied ballet and contemporary dance before studying History at Warwick University and The London College of Fashion. After a career in marketing and two sons in tow, Carolyn returned to dance, attending ballet, pilates, ballet sculpt and pole classes at Push.

 

Carolyn is a trained Stott Pilates instructor, in addition to Ballet Sculpt and Dance & Stretch.
