Matthew came to Yoga late in life having retired from an all consuming career in law. Yoga has provided a new path in life that previously would have been difficult to imagine.
Matthew sees yoga as a simple flexible tool for living that provides discipline , space, inspiration and not a little sweat. It is readily available to every individual from old to young, able bodied to limited movement, depressed to ecstatic, and of every shape size and physical ability.
He was trained in vinyasa flow which is his predominant practice but is fascinated by yoga in all its varieties including chair based and adaptive yoga.
He completed his training with the wonderful Erin Prichard and continues to learn from her and other great teachers such as John Collins Tania Brown and Lolo Lam and many more.
