Healthy Hips 25 mins
A 25 minute class working on all aspects of hip function - flexion, extension, rotation, abduction and adduction. Followed by a stretches - including the foam roller (a rolled towel can be used instead). Great for anyone with tight hips or those who need to mobilise through the hip joint.
