Service Description
This 45 minute class is for senior adults who prefer to either sit or stand (supported by a chair) to facilitate balance and coordination. We will work to improve mobility in the spine - improving back pain and posture and using light weights we will work to improve strength. This class is designed to support everyday movements, reduce falls and ultimately prolong longevity.
