Taking inspiration from the disciplines of ballet, yoga and pilates, join Sarah for an introduction to Ballet Yoga Fusion. The class will start at the barre with a warm-up to invigorate the limbs and get the heart pumping. We will then move onto our mats for some floor-based exercises looking at ballet foot and leg work combined with yoga poses to improve strength and stability. We will then gently stretch the body as we unwind and end with a period of relaxation.’
