Treat yourself to a two hour Pilates workshop with Jenny. Whatever your level of fitness or Pilates experience - this workshop is for you. From beginner to old-hand we will all learn something new about our bodies and how to treat them better. We will focus on: improving posture through alignment when we sit, stand, walk and move through exercises work on increasing joint mobility and muscle flexibility Strengthen our muscles, bones and connective tissues Fine tune our technique Explore ways to improve balance and proprioception We’ll have time for a thorough warm up, use lots of props, be assisted by hands on adjustments (if you’re happy with that, fine if you’re not) and finish with a lovely long stretch. We’ll even do a blindfolded section to improve our body awareness! Everyone is welcome - adjustments and modifications will be provided. Places will be limited to in-studio only (no zoom on this occasion) so that all students get as much individual attention as possible, so book early to reserve your place.
