Service Description
Join Amanda for this 45 min class of strength training using a variety of weights and resistance equipment. Resistance Training is essential for maintaining both bone health and muscle loss particularly in declining hormone levels. Putting extra load on the body recruits a variety of muscles that pull on bone, strengthening the muscular and skeletal systems. For those of us going through the perimenopause or menopause, strength training is shown to help decrease unwanted side effects in addition to changing the ratio of body fat to lean muscle. What's not to like?
