Vinyasa Dynamic Yoga has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat removes toxins and re-energises your body. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Expect an energetic flow style practice with a different (but similar enough) mix of poses each time and lots of emphasis on movement coordinated with the breath. Vinyasa Dynamic Yoga is excellent for strengthening & toning your whole body, stress relief, weight loss and sleeplessness. It improves your focus and concentration and also your self-esteem and confidence. Vinyasa Dynamic Yoga involves a lot of movement, so wear something comfortable in the class to flow from one pose to another. You will likely be working up a sweat so wear something breathable. The classes are suitable for advanced and beginner students alike.
