Dance Fit is a high energy cardio workout. Come and dance to a variety of musical genres from the Musical Theatre, Songs from the Movies, Disco and 80s classics to Charleston through to Beyonce The class not only targets cardio fitness but also tones and strengthens the arms.

This class is just the same as Dance Fit - full of the feel good factor but the cardio only lasts for 45 minutes followed by a glorious stretch!

BOX FIT

Train with amateur heavy weight Tiger Lewis and Linda Davidson to improve your cardio fitness as well as your strength and coordination in this fun filled class.  All levels of fitness catered for. Equipment provided - just bring some water and trainers.
