GENTLE YOGA

If you’ve ever wanted to do yoga but found the classes too fast or challenging then come and try out the new gentle yoga class on Wednesdays.  These classes will move at a slower pace, poses will be held for longer with plenty of time for stretching and relaxation.  The aim will be to release tension in the body and the mind through gentle movement, classic yoga poses and breath work.  Transitions up and down from the floor will be minimised so if people need chairs for support then these can be provided.
