THE THURSDAY RESET
SLOW FLOW YOGA

A Slow flow yoga class with an emphasis on restoring and replenishing, to help you ease your way into a relaxing Friday and weekend.

 

This is a mindful  practice with an emphasis on exploring yoga postures  and breath work to help let go of tension and stress accumulated through the working week. It's suitable for all levels and abilities.

 

We will end end with an extra long guided meditation. Make yourself cosy and nest. Pillows and duvets allowed!
